Good to know

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial (the number of days is shown on the plan). You can add your real classes and data during the trial and keep them when you subscribe.

How do we pay?

Monthly or yearly, online or by bank transfer. You receive a GST invoice as PDF for every payment.

What happens if we grow beyond our plan?

EduFern tells you before you reach a limit. You can move to a bigger plan at any time; nothing you have entered is lost.

What are core modules and add-ons?

Core modules — school setup, students, teachers, staff, attendance, leave, notices and user accounts — come with every plan. Examinations, fees, transport and payroll come with the plans that list them.

Can we bring our existing data?

Yes. Students, teachers and staff can be imported from Excel or CSV. EduFern checks for duplicates first and tells you exactly what was added and what was not.
